Generating awareness and quality sales leads for the FLEX on Murray development

Objective

FLEX on Murray is a new 105-unit residential development in the leafy suburb of Waverley, Johannesburg. The team behind FLEX needed to ensure they created enough hype in the market for their launch event which would usher in a target number of sales required to trigger bank finance to launch the build. FLEX approached Flow to help create awareness and interest in the development ahead of their official launch event, and generate quality leads from potential buyers in order to maximise launch sales.

Solution

Flow launched a campaign using Facebook Instant Experience ads, providing an interactive way to feature the FLEX offering to potential buyers. After reaching a large audience with this Instant Experience ad, Flow then retargeted those users who had engaged with the ad and shown interest in the development, as well as other relevant audiences, and drove leads to RSVP for the FLEX on Murray launch event. The campaign resulted in 625X ROAS (return on ad spend) with 90% of leads generated through Flow.
